Walk or Run to Quit

Walk or Run to Quit helps smokers quit smoking by learning to walk or run 5 km. The program is for all fitness levels and a simple step-by-step approach makes it easy to quit smoking by being more active. Fall programs start August 13 in New Brunswick (virtual 10-week training program).  Learn more

New Brunswickers can also register for the "Train on Your Own" Walk or Run to Quit program at any time until the end of this year.
